Biopharma Triple Omega-3 for Women is an Omega-3 supplement with night light oil, cocoa, vitamins and folate.Evening Primrose oil helps maintain healthy skin EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system Folate contributes to normaltissue formation in pregnant women The Directorate of Health recommends: Women of childbearing potential should take folate daily from one month before expected fertilization and the first 2-3 months of pregnancy Women of childbearing age from non-western countries have a higher incidence of vitamin D deficiency than ethnic Norwegian women. Those who do not have a sufficient intake of vitamin D should take cod liver oil or another vitamin D supplement daily during periods of the year with little sun. The Scientific Committee on Food Safety concludes that the intake of omega-3 fatty acids, including from supplements and fortified foods, does not pose a risk to adverse health effects and positive health effects can be achieved.

pteroyl monoglutamic acid, D-biotin.
