Kjøttkaker is one of the most Norwegian dishes you can have. The kjøttkaker ("cakes of meat") is made of minced meat. Potatoes, pea stew and cranberry jam is served on the side. And of course the Kjøttkake saus on top. Delicious!
How to: 1.Empty the powder in a pan and add 5 dl of water. 2.Boil stirring constantly, using whisk. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes. For game meat - add ½ cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons cranberries.
