Gastromat stimulates the natural flavors of the food and makes the food fuller in taste. It is sprinkled directly over the raw material a few minutes before cooking. Suitable for fresh and frozen fish, meat, pork and poultry. Gives soups, sauces (also salad sauces) an exquisite aroma.
