A Norwegian food tradition
TORO Raspeballer is a Norwegian food tradition that goes well with salted mutton,
sausage and bacon - and preferably with TORO Kålrabisappe. Easy to like, easy to make.
How to :
1. Mix the contents of the bag with 3 dl cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
2. Shape the dumpling balls (6-8 pcs.) And put them in 10 dl boiling broth. ( Toro Broth powder is great for this)
3. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 3 portions.
Potato 57%, Barley flour, potato starch, wheat flour, salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (monoglyceride),
antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium diphosphate, sodium disulfite), spices.
