PREPARATION
1. Mix the contents of the bag with 4.5 dl of milk until smooth.
2. Add 2 eggs and mix well.
The pancakes can also be prepared with egg substitutes and plant-based drinks such as oat, rice, almond, or soy milk.
LOW FODMAP-friendly pancakes: prepare the pancakes as above, but replace regular milk with lactose-free milk.
3. Fry the pancakes in a hot, greased frying pan.
The bag gives approx. 5-7 pancakes.
