Product information

Toro GlutenFri Fin kakemiks is a gluten-free flour for sweet baking such as cakes or buns. The flour is without wheat starch.

Preparation
Juicy Carrot Cake All you need: 2 dl Fine cake mix, 2 dl sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 dl oil, 4 dl grated carrot (180 g)

1. Set the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat)

2. Lightly beat 3 eggs and 2 dl sugar together.

3. Sift 2 dl of cake mix with the dry ingredients and mix into the batter.

4. Stir in 1 dl oil and 4 dl grated carrot.

5. Pour the batter into a baking paper-lined round pan (22 cm) and bake on the lowest rack for approx. 30 minutes. Cool in the pan.

TIP! Tastes extra good with TORO Cream Cheese mix!
