Product information

TORO Brownies is a juicy and soft chocolate cake with a wonderful taste of chocolate. The cake is tough in the middle and has a slightly crisp surface. TORO Brownies are often served in pieces of cake with a melancholy over. TORO Brownies gives approx. 12 pieces of cake.

Standard cooking

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C fan (175°C top and bottom heat).

  2. Gently mix together with a spatula until smooth:
    – 1 egg
    – 100 ml water
    – 100 ml liquid margarine (or 100 g melted butter)
    – Brownie mix

  3. Spread the batter into a small rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper (approx. 20×30 cm).

  4. Bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.

  5. Let cool and cut into small squares. The cake should be chewy in the center with a slightly crisp surface.

Vegan preparation:
– Replace the egg with 50 ml vegan yogurt.
– Replace the butter with dairy-free margarine.
