100 g of finished product contains 160 g of deer meat (37%), pork and beef, lard, salt, blueberries, irradiated spices (incl. black pepper, allspice and cardamom), starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative (sodium nitrite e250).
