Piano Romkrem is a smooth and ready-to-use cake cream with a rich rum flavour, perfect for filling and decorating cakes, pastries, and desserts. With its creamy texture and balanced sweetness, it adds a distinctive taste to traditional Norwegian desserts such as “Bløtkake” (layer cake) or “Kransekake,” but it is equally delicious as a filling in buns, tarts, or as a layer in trifles.
