- If our connection with DHL fails during checkout, and you are given a to low estimated shipping charge, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost - or cancel your order.ย
- If ordering - only - very light items like chips, cookies etc, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost. If not your order might be cancelled. This is because of the volume cost of shipping the items.
