Mølleren's own bakers work to develop and improve our flour mixtures so that you will succeed as best as possible with your home baking. Our baking mixes are of course free of palm oil and we have not added wheat gluten beyond what is natural in the flour. The mixture contains sourdough, which gives good taste and great baking ability. The mixture satisfies the requirements of the Keyhole label, and the amount of salt of 0.7 g per 100 g is significantly lower than the requirement.

How to :
1.Empty the contents of the bag into the baking dish. Add 1 packet of dry or fresh yeast and 5.5 dl of lukewarm water (38-40 ° C). Knead dough approx. 5 min in kitchen machine, or 10 min by hand.
2. You can raise the dough under plastic or a kitchen towel for 30 minutes, but this is not crucial for a good baking result. Divide the dough into 2 and shape these into loaves, which you place in two greased tins (1.5 l). Let the dough rise under a kitchen towel for 45-60 min, or to double size
3. Bake the loaves at 200 ° C on the bottom rack
for 40-45 min depending on oven. Cool the loaves on a rack
