Møllerens Saftige Kornbrød is an ideal bread for all the family, and Norway's favorite! Crafted with the finest quality grain and seeds, you can be sure of delectable, juicy loaves every time!
Mølleren's own bakers work to develop and improve their flour mixes so that you can be as successful as possible with your home baking. The baking mixes are of course free of palm oil and we have not added wheat gluten beyond what is natural in the flour. The mixture contains sourdough, which gives good taste and great baking ability. The mixture meets the requirements of the Keyhole label, and the amount of salt of *0.7 g per 100 g is significantly lower than the requirement.
How to make your grain bread:

Empty the contents of the bag into the baking dish. Add 1 packet of yeast and 6 dl of lukewarm water (38-40 °C). Knead the dough approx. 5 minutes in a food processor or 10 minutes by hand

You can raise the dough under plastic for 30 minutes, but this is not essential for a good baking result. Divide the dough in 2 and form these into loaves, which you place in two greased 1.5 l forms. Let the dough rise under a kitchen towel for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size

Bake the loaves at 200 °C on the bottom rack for 40-45 minutes, depending on the oven. Cool the loaves on a wire rack
