Toro Thai Red Curry soup 118 gram

TORO Thai Soup Red Curry has a great taste of coriander, garlic and chili. Add chopped coriander and a little lime juice for more flavor. Easy to like, easy to make.

1. Mix together
Stir the contents of the bag into 6 dl (600 ml) of water and 4 dl (400 ml) of coconut milk.

2. Bring to a boil
Bring to a boil while stirring and let the soup simmer for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3. Add chicken
Cut approx. 200 g of chicken fillet into thin strips. Add to the soup during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Let the soup simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.

4. Add lime
Finely grate the zest of 1/2 lime and sprinkle over just before serving.

Milder: Replace the coconut milk with cream.

More flavor: Add chopped coriander and a little lime juice.

Quicker dinner:

1. Stir the contents of the bag into 6 dl (600 ml) of water and 4 dl (400 ml) of coconut milk.

2. Buy ready-cooked chicken and let it simmer in the soup for the last few minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with good bread and butter.
