Right of Withdrawal & Returns

EEA Consumers
For consumers located within the EEA, statutory withdrawal rights apply in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The standard withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the goods are received. Written notice must be provided before the expiry of this period in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Food Products and Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of the products sold (food items and consumables), many goods are considered items that deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life. In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Products affected by temperature variation, pressure changes, broken seals, opened packaging, or transit-related environmental conditions

Where permitted by applicable law, food products are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivered.

If withdrawal rights apply, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and bears the risk of return shipment until the goods are received and inspected by us.

Refunds will be limited to the product value and the lowest standard outbound shipping option offered at checkout, as required by applicable law. Any upgraded, express, or premium shipping selected by the customer is non-refundable.

Customers Outside the EEA
For customers located outside the EEA, all sales of food products are final once shipped. Returns are not accepted except in cases of documented production or packaging defects. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs & Import-Related Returns
Shipments returned due to customs rejection, unpaid duties, failure to provide required documentation, or local import restrictions do not constitute valid withdrawal. Shipping costs remain non-refundable and return freight, storage, administrative, or customs-related costs may be deducted from any applicable product refund.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product is damaged due to documented production or packaging error, we will issue a full or partial refund upon verified documentation (including photographs).

Products affected by heat, cold, pressure changes, customs handling, or other transit-related environmental conditions that are outside the seller’s control and disclosed prior to purchase are not considered defective and do not constitute grounds for refund.
