These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Norwegian Foodstore’s Website.
The Norwegian Foodstore is located at:

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use The Norwegian Foodstore’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Norway. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Our packages are sent through DHL Express. With DHL Express you can see the packages location as its underway, if you choose Economy shipment you cannot track your shipment.

Packages sent with DHL Express normally arrives normally to most customers within 4 business days.

We accept the payment options that are available at checkout at any given time. Some payment solutions will carry extra fees, and this is specified during checkout if applicable.

Regarding refunds – customer can be charged fees by the payment providers, and are responsible for payment of these fees, usually deducted from their refund amount. These fees are normally currency conversion fees, and are non refundable from Norwegian Foodstore.

Within 30 days: If a customer wishes to return the products, the customer must pay shipping for the products to arrive safely – first then a refund for the products will be issued. Shipping to and from recipient will not be refunded. Same conditions apply if shipments are returned due to local customs rejections of shipment, or due to reciepients lack of payment of duties or taxes.

If your product is broken or has faults, we will issue a full or partial for the products damaged – customer must provide photos of the faults, damages etc.

Customers responsibilty
When ordering, customers must be aware of:

Always read the complete description of the product – before ordering, too see that the product and order is correct according to your wishes.
Do not order products that are sensitive to high or low temperatures – if you live in an extremely hot or cold location. Most products are ment to be stored in 20 – 22 celicius (68 – 71 fahrenheit). Product damaged due to heat or cold, will not be refunded. 
Please do not have packages left outside your house – we cannot replace packages that are stolen or damaged due to have been left without supervision.
It is the customer /recipient’s responsibility to declare any goods into their country, and to be aware of the regulations of import in the country of destination. We always write the contents of the goods and value on shipment declaration. Customer must pay duty on products ordered. If a product is stopped in customs as beeing an illegal product in that specific country. Customer must pay for return shipping, and we will refund you for your products.
If the customer buys a product with an age limit, customer must provide proof of age, before the products are shipped.
If there is anything wrong with your order, contact us immediately by text message (or call, but please use text message first) to our phone number found at the top of your screen, or in the about us section before item is started packing/shipping. You will receive confirmation regarding your order.
