Gluten Free wholemeal flour mixture is a gluten-free flour for coarse baking such as bread, scones or rolls.
For 1 wholemeal bread:
All you need: 4.5 dl water and ½ pack yeast (dry or fresh)
Preparation
1. Mix the contents of the bag with 4.5 dl lukewarm water (approx. 37 °C) and 1/2 packet of yeast. Knead for 5 minutes in a food processor.
2. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan (1.5 liters). Smooth the surface with a wet spatula and brush with oil.
3. Let rise covered for about 40 minutes.
4. Bake on the bottom rack at 210 °C for about 35 minutes.
5. Cool on a rack. Tip! Milk can replace some of the water.
