Product information
A gluten-free flour for fine baking such as pizza, loff or focaccia. The flour is without wheat starch.
Preparation
1. Mix the contents of the bag with 4 dl lukewarm water (approx. 37 °C), 1/2 packet of yeast and 1 tsp baking powder. Knead for 5 minutes in a food processor.
2. Divide the dough into 12 muffin tins for rolls or into a greased loaf tin (1.5 litres) for bread. Smooth out the surface and brush with oil. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
3. Let rise covered for about 40 minutes.
4. Bake rolls (in muffin tins) on the middle rack at 210 °C for approx. 20 minutes. Bake bread (1.5 l tin) on the bottom rack at 210 °C for approx. 35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
