This cheese is lovingly crafted by aging it anywhere from 3-9 months and made with pasteurized milk from Galåvolden farm. With its mild but distinct herbal flavor of thyme, juniper berries, and basil, it's perfect for fancy cheese boards, sandwiches, and pizza! Galåvolden farm produces this exceptional treat!

Note: The product is recommended refrigerated between 0 - 4 celsius. It will be shipped without refrigeration, as the manufacturer states that the product, can be stored in room temperature in shorter periodes. Please remember to put the product in the refridgerator when shipment arrives.
