Product information
Famous Norwegian licorice boats, candy.
Lakris boats are both a Norwegian and foreign phenomenon, and constitute a separate category of candy.
Nidar's liquorice boats last a long time "Kielland Lakrisbåter", but in 1983 the boats were named Skipper. Nidar's liquorice boats are pieces of drained, sweet, licorice gelé as both soft, slightly chewy and chewable.
To get a good balance between licorice and sweetness, we use delicious Turkish liquorice in Skipper. Skipper is today Norway's largest liquorice brand and is available in a 200 gram bag.
Note that pregnant people and people with high blood pressure should be wary of the intake of liquorice.
