Product information

In 1975 did some cute little chubby foam teddy bears with chocolate on their arrival in Norway. The foam teddys named Bamsemums, and with them was a completely new form of eating, called mumsing was introduced.

Teddies fell rapidly in taste among Norwegians. Perhaps due it solely the good taste of foam and chocolate.

Chocolate Bears that must mums

Bamsemums is in the good mood service and has over time created many pleasures in different situations. Creeping into Bamsemumsens's arms, for comfort, joy, mood, cuddle or reward!
The sweet foam teddies'd rather just be kind, social and humorous teddy bears. Wanting to be eaten - yes, they more or less begging to be eaten!


Bamsemums history

Since the original Bamsemumsen came in 1975, several other varieties of Bamsemums emerged. The first was launched in 1991, when Bamsemums Foam and Gel entered the market. In 2004 came Bamsemums Banana, with banana flavor and dark chocolate, and the summer of 2005 we were able to mums in us Bamsemums Raspberry. All the new varieties were well received all but while new teddy bears have come and gone, Bamsemums Original favorite that has passed.

  1. We always ship products without refrigeration. Please be aware of this when placing an order.

  2. Most products are meant to be stored between 18–22°C (68–71°F).
    If you live in a location where temperatures exceed 22°C (71°F) (or are very cold), we strongly recommend not ordering products that are sensitive to temperature changes.
    Norwegian Foodstore and the delivery company are not responsible for melted or otherwise heat- or cold-damaged products outside the recommended storage range.
    Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
    By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.

  3. If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.

  4. Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.
