Lerum Solbærsirup (Blackcurrant Syrup) is one of Norway’s most beloved traditional drink concentrates. Made with rich blackcurrants, it delivers a deep berry flavor that is both refreshing and full-bodied. Lerum has been producing high-quality fruit products in Norway since 1907, and Solbærsirup has become one of the country’s best-selling and most recognized “saft” varieties.

Product instructions

Cold drink
Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts cold water, stir and serve chilled.

Hot drink (suggestion)

Ingredients:
3 dl blackcurrant syrup
8 dl water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 whole star anise
Juice from ½ orange

Preparation:

1.Bring all ingredients to a boil.
2.Let steep for 15–20 minutes.
3.Strain out the spices.
4.Serve warm or pour into a thermos.

    Norwegian Foodstore and the delivery company are not responsible for melted or otherwise heat- or cold-damaged products outside the recommended storage range.
    Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
    By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.

  3. If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.

  4. Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.
