Preparations:
1. Bring 5 dl of water to the boil and add 2 tbsp/25g of sunflower or rapeseed oil.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and add 3.5 dl of low-fat milk.
3. Pour in the contents of the bag and stir. Use a whisk if you like.
4. Let the mash swell for 1 minute. Stir vigorously until it has a light and fluffy consistency.
Potatoes have a natural variation in consistency.
If the mashed potatoes become too firm, add more water. The natural colour of the mashed potatoes may vary depending on the potato variety.
