Christmas is the smell of delicious food and baked goodies around the house. If you're not comfortable with baking you're own gingerbread dough, you can buy it ready to use. Berthas gingerbread dough is easy to work with and has the good traditional taste Norwegians are used with. 

Just roll the dough out, use cutters in different shapes to get desired cookie shapes.
