Toro Bolognese Stew (Bolognese gryte) 207 grams

TORO Bolognese is a tomato-based casserole with fiber-rich fusilli pasta, onions and a selection of herbs and spices such as basil, oregano and garlic. Bolognese is a traditional casserole from the Italian city of Bologna and can be served with all types of meat, but tastes especially good with ground beef. Easy to like, easy to make.

Preperation

1. Fry 400 g ground beef.

2. Add the ground beef and the contents of the packet to a saucepan. Add 800 ml water.

3. Bring to a boil while stirring and let the stew simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Tip: To prevent the dish from becoming too thin when preparing multiple packets, reduce the liquid by 100 ml per additional packet.
