Brunost plays a big role in Norwegian food tradition and is a favorite for many Norwegians. Brunost is a sweet, full-bodied cheese with a slight taste of caramel. The cheese tastes good in itself – and even better on everything that is freshly baked! Also try it on a freshly baked Skillingsbolle.

Note: The product is recommended refrigerated between 0 - 4 celsius. It will be shipped without refrigeration, as the manufacturer states that the product, can be stored in room temperature in shorter periodes. Please remember to put the product in the refridgerator when shipment arrives.
