Our strongest all-round sifted wheat flour with excellent gluten quality. It is a strong flour well suited for all types of baking where high stability in production and large baking volumes are required. The flour is particularly advantageous for demanding and heavier baked goods such as rich and sweet yeast-based products, coarse breads, challenging small goods, laminated doughs, etc. It is also well suited for chilled and frozen baking applications.
