Lerum's blackcurrant syrup - like it should be! The syrup is as good hot,as cold. The perfect drink! Blackcurrants are a good source of vitamin C.
Cold drink:
Mix with water 1 part sirup + 5 parts water to enjoy "saft" cold.
Hot drink (suggestion):
3 dl blackcurrant syrup
8 dl water
2 pieces of cinnamon stick
2 pcs star anise, whole
0.5 orange, only the juice
Here's how to do it:
Bring all the ingredients to a boil and leave to steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain out the spices and pour hot juice into a thermos.
