Made from carefully selected pork and beef, this flavorful cured salami offers a rich, balanced taste and a firm yet tender texture. The recipe was originally developed to create a naturally colored salami through careful smoking and curing, and it has since become Norway’s most widely enjoyed salami.

Open the package and serve the slices directly on bread, crispbread, or as part of a cold cut platter.

Ingredients

For 100 g of finished product, 114 g of beef and pork meat, lard, salt, irradiated spices (including fenugreek) , garlic, starter culture, antioxidant (rosemary extract E392) and preservative (sodium nitrite E250) are used.
