Product description
A fresh and sour fish sauce with apple and lemon. Perfect for cooked and fried fish, fish pudding and shellfish. Raise the taste by adding fresh parsley or dill.
Preparation
Empty the bag contents into a saucepan. Add 1.5 dl water and 1 dl milk. Bring to a boil, stirring, use whisk. Let the sauce boil for 1 minute. Stir occasionally. Stir in 25 g of margarine/butter at the end.
