A cured deer and blueberry sausage crafted from wild-caught deer in Sunnmøre. The mild, gamey flavour of venison is elegantly balanced with the sweetness of blueberries and a subtle blend of spices—black pepper, allspice, and cardamom—evoking the essence of Norwegian forests and moorland. With 37% pure deer meat and a deep, dark colour, this sausage delivers a distinctive and robust flavour profile. Low in salt and made for adventurous palates seeking something truly exceptional.

Ingredients

For 100 g of finished product, 160 g of deer meat (37%) , pork and beef, lard, salt, blueberries, irradiated spices (including black pepper, allspice and cardamom) , starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid E300, sodium ascorbate E301) , preservative (sodium nitrite E250) are used.

    Norwegian Foodstore and the delivery company are not responsible for melted or otherwise heat- or cold-damaged products outside the recommended storage range.
    Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
    By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.

  3. If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.

  4. Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.

If a product is not in stock, the product will normally be shipped out 1 - 4 days after ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact support after ordering, to see what we can do to help.
