Zalo is for many synonymous with dishwashing detergent, but is also suitable for other cleaning activities such as stain removal and window cleaning. The first Zalo bottle was produced at Lilleborg's factories in 1951. When Zalo was launched, the product Salo with S, but this was changed to Zalo in 1952. The Zalo brand looks very similar to the first Zalo that came on the market, while the contents of Zalo over the years have been steadily improving to become more efficient and lighter.
