Product information

TORO Light Muffins taste super good both with and without icing. The muffins can be made as small muffins for children's birthdays or large muffins for visiting friends. TORO Light Muffins are gluten-free, and one pack provides about 12 muffins.

 

Product instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) (top and bottom heat).

2. Mix together in a bowl: Muffin mix, 1.5 dl (150 ml / ⅔ cup) water and 1 dl (100 ml / ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) melted margarine (100 g / 3.5 oz melted butter).

3. Divide the batter between approximately 12 medium-sized muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

4. Bake on the middle rack for approximately 15 minutes.

Tip: A muffin tray helps the muffins keep a nicer shape.
