Dear customers

We want to inform all customers — especially during warmer seasons — about the risk of ordering heat-sensitive products such as chocolate, brown cheese, and similar items.

1. 
   We always ship products without refrigeration. Please be aware of this when placing an order.
   
2. 
   Most products are meant to be stored between 18–22°C (68–71°F).
   If you live in a location where temperatures exceed 22°C (71°F) (or are very cold), we strongly recommend not ordering products that are sensitive to temperature changes.
   Norwegian Foodstore and the delivery company are not responsible for melted or otherwise heat- or cold-damaged products outside the recommended storage range.
   Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
   By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.
   
3. 
   If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.
   
4. 
   Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.
   

If you are unsure about the products quality before or after recieving it - or have any questions, put products in a refrigerator and contact our support team

International: 2 - 7 days | Domestic: 2 - 3 days

If a product is not in stock, the product will normally be shipped out 1 - 4 days after ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact support after ordering, to see what we can do to help.

Shipments are sent from Norway. Please ensure that product is permitted to import to recieving country. You or the reciepient are the importer of record, and responsible for the import of the products. Read more here

• We ship to all countries worldwide
• Shipping rates will vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) and the destination. Go to checkout to calculate.
• We have a 30-day return policy - please see our terms and conditions.
• All shipments are sent with express shipping
• If our connection with DHL fails during checkout, and you are given a to low estimated shipping charge, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost - or cancel your order. 
• If ordering - only - very light items like chips, cookies etc, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost. If not your order might be cancelled. This is because of the volume cost of shipping the items.
