If a product is not in stock, the product will normally be shipped out 1 - 4 days after ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact support after ordering, to see what we can do to help.
Shipments are sent from Norway. Please ensure that product is permitted to import to recieving country. You or the reciepient are the importer of record, and responsible for the import of the products. Read more here

- All shipments are sent with express shipping
- If our connection with DHL fails during checkout, and you are given a to low estimated shipping charge, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost - or cancel your order.
- If ordering - only - very light items like chips, cookies etc, we might ask you to pay the actual shipping cost. If not your order might be cancelled. This is because of the volume cost of shipping the items.
