The fenalår from Vossakjøt is left to mature naturally under daily supervision for at least four months. Special matured meat and hand sliced pieces, gives the finest lamb meat, prepared the way the people from Voss have always done it.
Vossakjøt is a local manufacturer from Voss, close to Bergen. They are well known for their high quality products and excellent smoked taste of many of their products.
