Vossafår is Norway's most popular mutton sausage. The sausage is made at Voss and has a long and exciting history that starts all the way back in 1937. Although much of the work back then was based on manual work, the recipe itself and the smoking process are almost unchanged. Vossafår is therefore a genuine traditional Norwegian product with a unique taste.
Vossafår can be used on bread, for dinner, everyday enjoyment or a party! Try Vossafår on bread, in a omelette or fried as bacon!
Note: The product is recommended refrigerated between 0 – 4 celsius. It will be shipped without refrigeration, as the manufacturer states that the product, can be stored in room temperature in shorter periodes. Please remember to put the product in the refridgerator when shipment arrives.
