TIND Marinated & Cured Leg of Lamb (Fenalår). The product has a distinct taste of lamb, while the product is marinated with a mixture of rosemary, garlic and salt (5.7 g of salt per 100 g of product). The product differs from traditional fenalår in that it is only marinated and not smoked. The product loses approx. 30% of its weight during the ripening process, which gives the very special taste experience. Our #1 signature product!

Leg of lamb. The meat is conserved by salt - ready for cutting slices. Product is vacuum packed.
Product is recommended stored in a dark an cool place (refrigerator) both before and after opening.
