Sukkerkulør is a brownish-black color that is produced by caramelizing sugar. It is used as an additive to sauces and other foods to give them a proper tan. The name comes from the fact that it is caramelized sugar with a suitable amount of water that is the raw material. The color is also used in brown spirits such as whiskey and cognac to adjust the color.

Used in sauce, soup and stew to give an inviting color. Perfect for home made kjøttkakesaus.

    Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
    By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.

  3. If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.

  4. Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.
