TORO Greek Moussaka 136 g

TORO Greek Moussaka is based on the national dish of Greek cuisine and is perfect for the whole family. TORO Greek moussaka comes with a sauce mix for minced meat and white sauce as well as potato slices. Serve with a Greek salad with feta cheese and olives. Easy to like, easy to make.

Preparation
1. Set the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heating)

2. Brown 400 g of minced meat (beef or lamb) in a pot or large frying pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Empty the bag marked Meat sauce over and mix well. Pour in 3.5 dl of water while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper if you wish.

3. Empty the contents of the bag labeled Potato slices in light sauce into a saucepan. Add 5.5 dl of milk and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Pour the meat sauce into a low ovenproof dish that holds approx. 1.5 liters (20X25 cm). Spread the potato slices in light sauce over the meat sauce. Sprinkle over approx. 100 g of cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Milder? Replace 0.5 dl of water with milk or cream More taste? Season with a little ground cinnamon, garlic and oregano.
