Delicious sausage made of, sheep, pork and cattle. Salted to preserve the product. Excellent with sour cream porridge (Rømmegrøt) or just for snacks.
Ingredients
Mutton, pork heart, Norwegian cattle heart, pork, Norwegian cattle fat, salt (with preservative E250), irradiated spices, starter culture, antioxidant E300 and E301. Meat content: 74 g meat raw material for 100g finished product.
