Mills Polarkaviar is made with cod roe, rapeseed oil and taste-neutral cod oil, which means that the product has a high content of unsaturated fats, including omega-3. The body does not produce Omega-3 itself, which means that we are dependent on getting enough through food or supplements. Only two slices of Polarkaviar are enough to cover your daily requirement for omega-3. Polar caviar is mild and good in taste, which makes it popular with the little ones.
