Product instructions

Ready to eat. Slice thinly using a cheese slicer and serve on bread, crispbread, waffles, or crackers.

Note: The product is recommended refrigerated between 0 - 4 celsius. It will be shipped without refrigeration, as the manufacturer states that the product, can be stored in room temperature (18-22 degrees celcius) in shorter periodes. Please remember to put the product in the refridgerator when shipment arrives, and cool completely.

  2. Most products are meant to be stored between 18–22°C (68–71°F).
    If you live in a location where temperatures exceed 22°C (71°F) (or are very cold), we strongly recommend not ordering products that are sensitive to temperature changes.
    Norwegian Foodstore and the delivery company are not responsible for melted or otherwise heat- or cold-damaged products outside the recommended storage range.
    Please note that temperatures during transport can be higher than the outdoor temperature. Goods can be exposed to significantly more heat inside delivery vehicles, especially when parked in direct sunlight — even for short periods of time.
    By ordering such items, the customer accepts this risk.

  3. If you still choose to order products that normally require refrigeration (e.g., brown cheese, mayonnaise, cheese in a tube), please cool them down completely before consuming and keep them refrigerated after arrival.

  4. Please ensure that packages are not left outside your home. We cannot replace products that are stolen or damaged due to being left unsupervised in heat or cold. If you choose to have the package left outside, it is entirely at your own risk.

You placed your order on 8 September, and we dispatched it with DHL Express the following day, 9 September. The tracking shows customs-related delays in the US, with clearance completed on 25 September. The shipment arrived at DHL’s local delivery facility in Hazelwood on 28 September, where it is currently on hold without a specified reason.

We have no record of you contacting us about this shipment before posting your review. We would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate and help.
