Møllerens Wheat buns bakemix 1 kg (Hveteboller)

Kids love these sweet wheat buns. Serve with jam and whipped cream for "fastelavn", a guaranteed win.

This mix gives 20 freshly baked buns just as easy as 1-2-3. Always have a bag standing in the pantry, easy and quick to make if you get unexpected guests.

Only add water, yeast and butter.

Approach:
1. Stir in 8 dl. cold water approx. 20C and 2 tsp. dry yeast (1/4 pk. fresh yeast). Add the flour mixture and mix the dough well by hand or in a food processor until all the flour is mixed in.

2. Put the dough in a large enough baking bowl with room for the dough to rise to double, cover with plastic and put the bowl on the kitchen counter overnight or from 5-15 hours.

3. Use 2 tablespoons to make the rolls and place them on 2 baking trays with baking paper, approx. 18 pieces, feel free to sprinkle seeds on top if you like this.

4. The rolls can be put directly in the oven or can be raised on the kitchen counter for 30 minutes for extra airy rolls.

5. Bake the rolls in the middle of the oven at 220C (210C hot air) for approx. 25 min. or until they are golden (depending on the oven)

Make raisin buns (Rosinbolle), by adding raisins into the batter.
