Skogssopp (Forest Mushrooms) is a premium Norwegian cured meat variant with a clear element of mushrooms and well-known herbs.
Elg og Einerbær (Elk & Juniper) you get the taste of game from elk, which is enhanced by juniper berries and other spices, and which reminds you of forests and mountains.
Ingredients
Forest mushrooms for 100 g of finished product we use 143 g of pork and beef meat, salt, mushroom mixture (2%) (chanterelle, mushroom, chanterelle aroma, rapeseed oil), irradiated spices, starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative ( sodium nitrite e250). elk and juniper berries for 100 g of the finished product we use 145 g of elk meat (37%), pork and beef, lard, salt, irradiated spices (incl. juniper berries and garlic), starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative (sodium nitrite e250).".
