Classic black sausage with a strong and rich taste. One of the most traditional norwegian products. This is the original black sausage based on the recipe of Ivar Henriksen at Henriksen Pølsemakeri from 1938. Tastes just like a black sausage should taste.

Beef, pork and horse meat, pork heart, cattle heart, meat fat, salt, blood protein, red wine, irradiated spices, onions, dye (caramel e150c), antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300), preservative (sodium nitrite e250) and starter culture. meat content pr 100 grams finished product: 96%. smoked with beech.
We strongly advise our customers to not order products that are sensitive to high or low temperatures – if customer lives in an hot or cold location. Most products are ment to be stored in 18 – 22 celicius (68 – 71 fahrenheit). Norwegian Foodstore are not responsible for products melted or otherwise damaged by heat or cold, outside the temperature range stated, in the customers location.
If you buy a product that can be shipped at room temperature, but otherwise is in need of refrigeration, such as for example; brown cheese, mayonnaise and cheese in a tube, cool products down completely before consuming and keep refrigerated. The products are fine after beeing refrigerated.
