Pinnekjøtt from lamb saddle provide extra meaty pieces. This novelty is made from this year's lamb, is well aged and of the best quality. Stranda pork chop from lamb saddle gives more meat, less bone and less fat than standard pork chop (25% less fat). The meat is salted, dried and matured a little longer so that we get the best taste.
Price is pr. package, avarage package is 1,6 kilos. Order the amount of packages you want . Be advised that the packages may contain 1,6 kg, +/- 15%.

Steam on a wire rack - preferably of birch sticks without bark - until the meat comes loose from the bones (3-4 hours).
