Ready-to-drink apple mulled wine. The mulled wine is a lovely non-alcoholic alternative, but can be served cold with different varieties of wine or bubbles.
Pernilla Vea and Gunnar Sagstuen run Røyland Gård in Engesland, in Indre Agder. Here, berries and fruits are picked, harvested, juiced and pickled for various jams, jellies, mulled wine and juice all year round. The unique thing about Røyland's products is that they are all based exclusively on Norwegian raw materials. They currently have 10 different jellies and jams, all made from local ingredients.
