Product description
The silicone steam grate 11,82" / 30cm is used for preparing pinnekjøtt, instead of using birch sticks.
Put the grate in the bottom of the pan, and pour water in until it reaches the bottom of the grate, visible from the top. The pinnekjøtt is then placed on top and steamed until ready for serving.
Remember to check that there is enough water under the grate, to avoid dry boiling.
