Extra tender leg of lamb from the finest lamb meat, refined with techniques passed down through generations. Slightly milder in taste than the smoked version.
The leg is dry- and brine-salted and then naturally matured for at least four months under daily supervision. Wind, weather and a well-trained eye determine when the meat is ready.
Leg of lamb. The meat is conserved by salt - ready for cutting slices. Product is vacuum packed.

Product is recommended stored in a dark an cool place (refrigerator) both before and after opening.
For 100g of the finished product, 137g of Norwegian lamb thigh meat, salt, sugar have been used. Added: Preservative E250, antioxidant E300. Nutritional content per 100g: Energy: 1177kJ/282kcal, fat 19g of which saturated fat 8g, carbohydrate 0.5g, of which sugars 0.5g, protein 28g, salt 4g.
